In 2009, Brian Schiff, PT, CSCS started B Fit Training Systems, LLC to serve as his personal brand and company for consulting, speaking and health and fitness product development.  He currently is the supervisor at the Athletic Performance Center in Raleigh, NC, and focuses on sports rehab and performance enhancement training.

Brian is a licensed physical therapist, strength coach, personal trainer, author and business owner.  He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1996 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Allied Health Professions (Physical Therapy).  He became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association in 1998.

Brian is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist (OCS) and has worked in outpatient sports medicine clinics for the past 17 years.  He specializes in treating general orthopedics and sports medicine cases, specifically the shoulder, knee and ankle.

From 2000-2010, he owned and operated his own fitness training facility, Fitness Edge, in Dublin, OH.   From 2002 to 2006, Brian also served as the strength & conditioning coach for The Columbus Crew Major League Soccer Team. 

He currently is the supervisor at EXOS at Raleigh Orthopaedic in Raleigh, NC, treating patients daily and working diligently trying to prevent ACL injuries.  He has lectured on this topic at the AFPA conferences, and has co-authored a manual entitled Protecting the Athlete's Knee: A Complete Guide to ACL Injury Prevention and Athletic Excellence.
Brian has also authored books on rotator cuff injuries, the treatment of frozen shoulders and shoulder injury recovery integrated with golf specific fitness.  He contributed 3 chapters to a golf conditioning e-book entitled The Fitness Secrets of Championship Golfers, as well as a chapter on periodization in the The Power of Champions. 
Over the years, Brian has lectured and given numerous presentations on topics including safe shoulder training, soccer specific training, ACL injury prevention, low back training, functional golf training, general athletic program design, baseball specific training, and sport specific training.
